Partnership Equestrian is located at the lovely Madison Fields, in Dickerson, MD.  Convenient to Potomac and Washington DC, the farm is also easily accessible from Frederick and Northern VA areas.

 

The farm sits on 400 gently rolling acres of lush pasture.  With 26 stalls in the Main Barn, all equipped with doors that open out and excellent airflow.  There are many viable turn out options for horses; turn outs are large and cater to small groups.  Automatic waterers ensure the horses have access to clean cool water at all times when out.

The indoor is 70' x 170' with extraordinary lighting; sun drenched during the day and efficiently bright at night with LED lights that are automatically  monitored with motion sensors.  The premium mix footing is dragged consistently, providing optimal conditions with minimal dust.

The outdoor is set up with a jump course and all-weather footing.  The Derby field is unfolding into a very versatile and practical option for eventers and field hunters alike. 

 

Or if hacking out is your passion, the facility is located on 400 acres with manicured trails.  Can trailer to Woodstock Equestrian Park and Loch Moy within 5 minutes.
